‘Design and build’ is an approach to construction used by some of the most advanced companies in the building industry and Eurolec is one of them. Design and build is radically different from the traditional sequence of construction work, offering clients far greater accountability and lower costs. Unlike many of our competitors we have the technical and commercial experience to know what will work on your site and what won’t. Our design team use state-of-the-art design software ranging from the full Autodesk/AutoCAD Suite to the latest Revit 3D design software and Relux lighting calculation suite, to produce the ultimate in product design and accuracy.

We can also save significant costs on your energy bills our design team can recommend ways to incorporate renewable energy as part of your M&E Installation and we can also advise on biomass boilers and photovoltaic panels.

Our work is approved and constantly assessed to the latest building regulations and BS standards, all of our electrical work conforms to BS7671.
