At Eurolec Services we provide electrical and mechanical engineering services throughout the UK to both industrial and commercial establishments. We have created a great focus on creating intelligent BMS (Building Management Systems) in-house and design and developed customised solutions for our clients based on their individual requirements.

One of the main areas of focus for Eurolec is providing computer controlled Building Management Systems (BMS) to control and monitor the electrical and mechanical equipment within a building, such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems and security systems. The BMS is used to manage the environment within the building such as temperature, lighting, ventilation, hot water levels etc. Once installed Eurolec provides a support and monitoring service to ensure the entire system performs to specification.

The solutions developed by Eurolec focus on creating an ‘open architecture’ approach that integrate leading edge technologies into a single system to fully manage the building. By extending the capabilities of the BMS, Eurolec has developed the capability to manage the client site remotely, enabling rapid response to failures and providing the ability to monitor operational efficiency.
